On October 27, 2023, Hoa Long Investment Construction Joint Stock Company (Hoa Long Invest) – a member of Fgroup Corporation and Hoang Quan Binh Thuan Real Estate Services Trading Joint Stock Company signed a strategic cooperation agreement to promote investment in Ham Kiem 1 Industrial Park (KCN Ham Kiem 1).
According to the agreement, both parties agreed to cooperate in directly managing and developing business activities. They will also support in consulting and searching for potential investors to choose KCN Ham Kiem 1 as a location for manufacturing plants and workshops.
During the signing ceremony, Ms. Le Thi Kim Thanh, Deputy General Director of Business and Marketing at Hoa Long Invest, expressed high regard for the development potential of KCN Ham Kiem 1 in the future. She emphasized that the industrial park’s prime location on the Dau Giay – Phan Thiet highway adds significant value. Additionally, the investor, Hoang Quan Binh Thuan, focuses on completing the infrastructure within the industrial park and investing in building residential areas for workers, making KCN Ham Kiem 1 an attractive destination for investors.
