Groundbreaking Of A Vnd 1,750 Billion Green Industrial Project: HLI Ecohub Nam Ha Ready-Built Factory – Phase II

On December 19, 2025, in Tra Tan Commune, Lam Dong Province, Hoa Long Invest solemnly held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for Phase II and the Inauguration of Phase I of the HLI EcoHub Nam Ha Ready-Built Factory Project. The event was one of the key activities celebrating the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, marking an important milestone in Lam Dong’s strategy to develop green, modern, and sustainable industrial infrastructure, particularly in the southern part of the province.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Phuc, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Nguyen Quoc Viet, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Office; Mr. Trinh Ngoc Due, Deputy Chief of the Provincial People’s Committee Office; Mr. Tran Vu Ngoan, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade; Mr. Nguyen Duc Toan, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction; along with representatives from provincial departments, local authorities, media agencies, and numerous domestic and international investors and enterprises.
 

HLI EcoHub Nam Ha – A Key Green Industrial Project of Lam Dong Province

HLI EcoHub Nam Ha is one of four key industrial projects of Lam Dong Province participating in the nationwide series of groundbreaking and inauguration events commemorating the 14th National Party Congress. The project is developed as a ready-built factory complex for lease, designed in accordance with LEED standards, targeting manufacturing, processing, and logistics enterprises amid the accelerating global supply chain shift.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Phuc, Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee, emphasized the strategic importance of HLI EcoHub Nam Ha in promoting green industrial infrastructure. He affirmed that Lam Dong Province will continue to support and facilitate the project’s implementation to ensure it progresses on schedule, operates effectively, and contributes positively to local socio-economic development.

Developed by Hoa Long Construction & Investment Joint Stock Company, HLI EcoHub Nam Ha enjoys a strategic location bordering Dong Nai Province, approximately 1.5 hours from Ho Chi Minh City via expressways. The project is also within 1.5 to 2 hours’ travel to Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Cat Lai Port, and Cai Mep – Thi Vai Port, offering optimal connectivity for investors exporting to major markets such as the United States, Europe, China, South Korea, and Japan.

The project has a total investment capital of VND 1,744.7 billion, covering 27.2 hectares. It offers flexible factory units starting from 1,500 sqm, allowing investors to easily expand production space in line with their long-term business strategies.
 

Inauguration of Phase I and Groundbreaking of Phase II: A Strong Commitment to Green Development

Phase I of HLI EcoHub Nam Ha has been completed and officially put into operation, delivering 42,902 sqm of ready-built factories with synchronized technical infrastructure and environmental standards aligned with sustainable development goals.

Since commencing operations, the project has attracted strong interest from FDI investors from China, Japan, and South Korea, who have visited the site to explore cooperation opportunities.
 

During the ceremony, Hoa Long Invest and STX Vietnam Co., Ltd. officially signed a factory lease agreement, marking an important milestone that demonstrates the project’s strong appeal and the confidence of foreign investors in Lam Dong’s green industrial ecosystem.
 

At the same event, Hoa Long Invest also signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Dong Ve Security Co., Ltd., a professional security services provider, contributing to the development of the project’s initial operational service ecosystem.

Building on the success of Phase I, Phase II of HLI EcoHub Nam Ha has now officially commenced, featuring 82,462 sqm of ready-built factories, continuing to be developed under LEED-oriented green standards, with a focus on operational efficiency and minimizing environmental impact.

Phase II is expected to attract more than 50 FDI enterprises, create thousands of local jobs, increase foreign investment inflows, and enhance Lam Dong’s competitiveness within regional and international supply chains.
 

Developing Green Industrial Infrastructure with an Integrated Service Ecosystem

At the event, Ms. Ngo Thi Phuong Thuy, Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of Hoa Long Invest, stated that green industrial infrastructure development is a long-term strategy the company remains firmly committed to.
