READY FOR A NEW MILESTONE: THE GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY FOR PHASE II &THE GRAND INAUGURATION OF PHASE I – HLI ECOHUB NAM HA PROJECT

On December 19, 2025, HLI EcoHub Nam Ha will officially host the Groundbreaking Ceremony for Phase II and the Grand Inauguration of Phase I—a significant milestone in the development of a sustainable and green-oriented industrial ecosystem in Lam Dong Province. The ceremony is also part of the activities celebrating the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, reaffirming the strong commitment of both the local authorities and the project developer in building a modern, synchronized industrial landscape.

Phase I of the project has been successfully completed, delivering 29,000 m² of high-standard ready-built factory, fully meeting technical, safety, and operational requirements. The completion and handover of Phase I not only provide high-quality industrial space for manufacturers but also demonstrate the consistent execution capability and on-time delivery of Hoa Long Invest.

Building on this success, the upcoming ceremony marks the transition into Phase II, expanding the project's scale and further advancing the development of a green – clean – smart industrial model tailored to the evolving needs of both domestic and international manufacturers.

With a total area of 27.2 hectares, HLI EcoHub Nam Ha is master-planned with a long-term vision to establish a transparent, efficient, and sustainable investment environment. The project emphasizes synchronized technical infrastructure, comprehensive support services, and a professional management model—creating optimal conditions for investors throughout their setup and operational journey.
