We would like to share with you the construction progress update of the HLI EcoHub Nam Ha in March 2025.
The project is currently being implemented on schedule, affirming Hoa Long Invest's commitment to building LEED-standard factories that meet stringent requirements for quality and sustainability.
Estimated handover: Q3/2025
CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF MAIN ITEMS:
1. Factories:
- Erecting steel trusses and purlins for the walls and roofs of factories 1 and 2.
- Compact and roll the foundation, ensuring a solid foundation for factories 3, 4, and 5.
2. Infrastructure:
- Construction of steel and formwork for septic tanks and rainwater manholes.
- Gathering and laying pipes, constructing rainwater drainage lines for internal roads between factories, ensuring an effective drainage system.
- Proceeding with the construction of the foundation beams for the restroom area.
