Viet Phat Industrial Park is located on National Highway N2, Tan Long commune, Thu Thua district, Long An province.
National Highway N2 is a route in the road transport planning of the Southern region. National Highway N2 is part of the Ho Chi Minh Highway (also known as the Western North-South Expressway). Extends from Chon Thanh (Binh Phuoc) to Rach Soi (Kien Giang) and ends in Ca Mau. The route passes through 8 provinces/cities: Binh Phuoc, Binh Duong, Tay Ninh, Long An, Dong Thap, Can Tho, Kien Giang, Ca Mau. In which, the Chon Thanh - Rach Soi section has been planned to become a highway. Viet Phat Industrial Park project is located on a highway that is convenient for transporting goods.

+ Main road: Double road surface 2x12m wide, green tree median 4m wide, sidewalks for pedestrians.

+ Industrial electricity: 250kw/ Hectare.
- Total length of medium voltage line is 40,890m.
- The lighting system is arranged along the roads, the distance between each pillar is about 30m.

THE INFRASTRUCTURE: WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM; - The clean water supply system of Viet Phat Industrial Park is invested with the most modern industry, always ensuring enough clean water flow for businesses to go into production.
- Water is supplied from the underground water system, treated with technology to ensure compliance with regulations of the Ministry of Health.
- Water sources from partner businesses are ready to serve clean water to the project when water demand increases.

THE INFRASTRUCTURE: WASTEWATER TREATMENT; - Viet Phat Industrial Park arranges a separate wastewater treatment system. Divided into 2 levels:
